As a result, participants glean information about themselves that allows them to make new choices based on what they say they want, rather than just being on "automatic" and doing what they have always done regardless of the outcome. This clarity comes due to recognition of fixed beliefs that were not consciously realized. It is rare that human beings give themselves the opportunity to explore what is not working and what is working in their lives, given the hectic nature of every day life, and this seminar affords the privilege of intense self-examination.
Significant in this experience is breaking free from one’s "comfort zone," getting outside of previously held "images," and creatively expressing oneself. This facilitates recognizing what have been self-imposed limitations and creates the opening for the value of risking in life.
Focus has the possibility of being life changing. The purpose is to allow each participant to become consciously aware of many life lessons, to reinforce the concept of "life is a journey," and create a new frame work to operate from in day to day living. It does require those in attendance to embrace being willing to challenge existing beliefs, being open to coaching, to reveal, and to risking. Upon completion, there is ownership of "Who I am" and awareness of choices which are in alignment and consistent with this declaration. This culminates in taking a stand about living life with passion and joy and being in charge of the results that are created.
